Icing Transfer Sheets

An icing transfer is an item you pipe with royal icing onto either parchment paper or tinfoil, let it dry, and then peel it off to be used to decorate your gingerbread house! It's a great way to make small detailed items that you wouldn't be able to easily pipe directly onto your gingerbread house, which is generally much harder to do.
